How you may use the studio and the cards you make, and what it does not promise.

What this is

MSRX Birthday Card Studio is a free, browser-based studio for making a personal birthday greeting card. There is no account, no fee, no subscription and no advertising. Using it means accepting these terms; if you do not accept them, please do not use it.

Who you are agreeing with

The studio is run by Mrinal Singh Raja, an individual, publishing under the name “MSRX”. MSRX is a brand name, not a registered company. In these terms “we” and “MSRX” mean Mrinal Singh Raja, and “you” means the person using the studio. Written notice reaches us at mrinalsinghraja@gmail.com.

Using the cards you make

You may download, print and send the cards you make, as many as you like, to family, friends, colleagues and clients, including from your business as a birthday greeting.

You may not:

• sell the cards or the designs, or offer them as templates, stock images, printed products or print-on-demand;
• extract the artwork to reuse it outside a greeting card made here, such as in advertising, logos or packaging;
• use a card or an e-card link to deceive, harass or offend someone, or to pretend to be another person or organisation;
• add a photo, name or text you do not have the right to use, or that is unlawful;
• try to overload, break or copy the service in bulk by automated means.

What stays yours

The names, words and photos you add are yours. We never receive them, so we claim no rights in them. You are responsible for what you put on a card and for having permission to use any photo of another person.

The card designs, layouts, built-in wishes and the studio’s code belong to MSRX, apart from the third-party fonts and software listed in the credits, which keep their own licences.

About the designs and wording

• Every design is original vector art drawn in code for MSRX. Styles such as “anime”, “pixel” or “synthwave” describe a general look; no design shows a character, logo or artwork from an existing film, game, show or brand, and any resemblance is unintended. If something looks too close to someone else’s work, tell us and we will change it.
• The Hindi wishes and headlines are offered as written; read a wish before you send it, especially in a language you do not read, and tell us about any mistake.
• MSRX Birthday Card Studio is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, WhatsApp, Meta or any other company named on the site.

Availability

The studio is provided as it is. It may change, be unavailable for a while, or stop altogether, without notice. Download any card you want to keep, because the studio does not save it. An e-card link keeps working only while the studio is online and the design still exists.

No warranty, and zero liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the studio is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.

We accept zero liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, MSRX and Mrinal Singh Raja are not liable to you or to anyone else for any loss, damage, cost, claim or consequence of any kind arising from the use of, or inability to use, the studio or any card made with it, whether direct or indirect and whether in contract, negligence or otherwise. You use it entirely at your own risk. The only exceptions are those the law does not allow to be excluded, such as fraud.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you use the studio as a consumer elsewhere, this does not remove rights your local law gives you that cannot be removed by agreement. If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.

This is also the grievance officer contact under the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. We aim to acknowledge a complaint within 24 hours and resolve it within 15 days.

Changes

Material changes move the date at the top of this page. Using the studio after that means accepting the revised terms.
